Located 10 miles from the Las Vegas Strip at the 215 Beltway and West Durango Drive in the Southwest Valley is the new Durango Casino & Resort. Occupying 71 acres, this $750 million Station Casinos property features 15 stories, 83,178 square feet of casino space, 20,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, a 200-room tower with elevated suites and luxury guest rooms, a resort area with private cabanas, a customizable event lawn for celebrations, outdoor gatherings, and special events, signature restaurants, bars/lounges, and multi-unit food hall. The Las Vegas Hotel has décor and design are inspired by the "warm colors and vibrant landscapes of the desert." The unveiling was in 2023.

Ai Pono Café – featuring authentic Hawaii street food. Eat Your Heart Out – an elevated food hall concept spanning 25,000 square feet with communal dining and creative and delicious culinary options. Fiorella – James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri will present his popular Philly pasta bar offering made-from-scratch pastas, antipasti, and decadent desserts. Irv's Burgers – hailing from LA, this 50-year-old eatery is known for its burgers, fries, chili cheese fries, tuna melt, and shakes. Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant – authentic Mexican cuisine featuring street food faves, prime meats, whole fresh fish, decadent desserts, a one-of-a-kind tequila and mezcal program guided by "catadores," a.k.a. tequila experts. The restaurant's décor and design are inspired by the natural beauty found throughout Mexico. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Prince Street Pizza – originating in NYC, guests can feast on various New York and Sicilian-style pizzas. Summer House – a California-inspired restaurant described as offering "sunshine vibes all year round." The menu boasts "simple ingredients sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products and is centered around seasonality with several hearty and healthy options served alongside an extensive California wine list and craft cocktails." Uncle Paulie's Deli – inspired by NYC delis, here you will find delicious and classic deli foods.

Bel-Aire Lounge – a chic and sleek cocktail lounge on the main floor with modern furnishing, elegant finishes, DJ-driven music, handcrafted specialty cocktails, and shareable plates

The Lobby Bar – this sophisticated bar will offer indoor and outdoor space, a selection of beers, wines, champagnes, and spirits, comfortable seating, and impressive artwork.

Shopping – the Durango Hotel will have a convenience store that sells essentials, souvenirs, and gifts. The hotel is also close to famous and fabulous shopping complexes: Downtown Summerlin – a 400-acre outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment center, and Town Square, an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment center that occupies approximately 100 acres on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

Shows & Attractions – the Durango Hotel will open with a movie theatre and a bowling alley. On-site attractions have yet to be announced, but there are plenty of Las Vegas shows and iconic attractions on the Strip worth seeing.
