SAHARA Las Vegas has come full circle. Located on the north end of the Strip, the Sahara Hotel and Casino originally opened in 1952 and closed in2011. It transitioned into SLS Las Vegas, opening on August 23, 2014. After hardships, different owners, and a massive renovation, the SLS was renamed Sahara Las Vegas on August 29, 2019. It is ranked by U.S. News & World Report as #48 among luxury hotels in Las Vegas.

The resort offers 1,616 guest rooms, three towers, a casino, multiple dining options and is home to the upscale Azilo Ultra Lounge and Azilo Ultra Pool, a spa and wellness center, and home to the hugely popular male revue, Magic Mike Live.

Fun Facts: When the Sahara first opened on October 7, 1952, it was the sixth hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Several famous performers have entertained at the Sahara throughout the years, like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Elvis, Jerry Lewis, Abbott and Costello, and many more.

Fitness Center – a 24/7 fitness center located in the Blanca Tower offers state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment.

Azilo Ultra Pool– a 21 and over poolside experience with drinks, a savory menu, bottle service, private cabanas, a DJ, and a video screen for sports viewing. If you would like to check out another sports viewing pool in the area have a look into Stadium Swim at the new Circa.

Alexandria Pool – Sahara's hotel pool for hotel guests only. This pool offers chaise lounges, daybeds, and private cabanas.
