The D Casino & Hotel (fashioned as The D) islocated at the eastern end of the world-famous Fremont Street Experience. Formerly known as Fitzgerald's), this 34-story, 639-room hotel and casino are owned and operated by Derek and Greg Stevens, who also own Circa downtown. The brothers completed a 22-million-dollar renovation and rebranding to replace Fitzgerald's Irish theme. The D opened in the summer of 1980.

Inside, guests will find several dining options, a 42,000 square foot casino, a pool, contemporary luxury suites with modern amenities, and a dinner theatre called "Showroom at the D."

Two Fun Facts: The D used to be the tallest building in Downtown Las Vegas and the second tallest inside the city limits. The hotel boasts the a long bar, known as the Longbar.

The D Hotel Amenities

The D Hotel Amenities – parking, a pool, fitness center, gift shop, corporate business center, car rental services, restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room massages, and VIP Concierge.

Rooms Amenities – Each room/suite has its own unique amenities. Basic amenities include an in-room safe, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, high-speed internet, and desktop USB Port.

Hotel Room Types – Standard rooms include the Double Queen Rooms, King Rooms, Corner King Premium Rooms. Suites include The D Suite and the Two-Bedroom Suite.

The D Casino – 42,000 square feet spanning two floors featuring 1,000 plus slot machines, 22 table games, Sigma Derby, and Keno. The second floor (a.k.a. the Vintage Vegas floor) housesrare and hard-to-find vintage slot machines, some of which were purchased from the Rivera Hotel before it closed.

Race & Sportsbook – the upgraded and modernized Sportsbook called Circa Sports features TV screens, bar-top table games, Las Vegas betting, and self-service kiosks.

The Fitness Center - is open 24 hours for registered guests and features top-of-the-line equipment,including ellipticals, free weights, exercise balls, a stationary bike, and a workout station.

Las Vegas Golf – For Golf tee times can be arranged through Exploring Las Vegas.

Registered guests, 21 and over, can enjoy 6 pools, lounge chairs, and daybeds, plus 2 passes per room each day and early access from 8 AM – 9 AM daily. Make sure you check out Stadium Swim the coolest pool and sports viewing pool party in sin city at the Circa Hotel open 7 days a week and 365 days a year!

Nightclub – there is no nightclub at The D, but there is plenty of nightlife entertainment in the surrounding Downtown area. Some fun party spots 🎉 within walking distance include Discopussy, Commonwealth, and Troy Liquor Bar. For a cool rooftop bar check out the Legacy Club at the Circa. The venue has some breathe-taking view and a upscale speak easy ambience.

Restaurants & Bar

American Coney Island – guests can satisfy their Coney Dog (sausage hotdogs smothered in a secret recipe chili sauce) craving any time of the day at this 24/7 eatery.

Andiamo Italian Steakhouse – an award-winning upscale restaurant with steaks and your favorite Italian dishes.

Barcanada – a nod to Canadian sports and culture, at this elevated sports bar, guests can catch major sporting events on tons 85" TVs and grab a drink from their extensive drinks menu.

Coffee Stand – situated near the hotel lobby, guests will find coffees, teas, blended drinks, and smoothies.

D Bar – here guests can enjoy frozen concoctions and specialty drinks from flair bartenders putting on a show alongside the "Dancing Dealers."

Longbar –nearly 100 feet long, this hybrid bar offers gaming, sports, and nightlife with a party atmosphere andrefreshing cocktails, lots of TVs, and highly entertaining flair bartenders. The Longbar is the longest bar in the state.

Vue Bar – located on the casino's second floor, guests can enjoy gaming, views of Fremont Street, and a full-service bar.

Shopping – there is a gift store on-site and plenty of shopping opportunities in the area.

Shows & Attractions

Bitcoin ATM – here's a first…The D Las Vegas was the first Las Vegas casino to accept the virtual currency, Bitcoin, and the first in Las Vegas to have an in-casino Bitcoin ATM. The D accepts Bitcoin as payment at the gift shop, restaurants, and the front desk.

Jokesters Comedy Club – featuring resident and touring stand-up comedians nightly.

Manneken Pis – a bronze statue over 400 years old put up by the owner to pay homage to his Belgian heritage and his unique sense of humor. Flemish for "little man pee," the statue is a replica of the original in Belgium. According to the hotel's website, "it is one of only three licensed replicas in the world." The statue is said to bring good luck to visitors who want to win big in Vegas, and it's also a great photo op!

Smile for the Camera –take the escalator down from the Vintage Vegas floorin the casino, look for an "Easter egg,"and "smile for the camera." At the bottom of the escalators, guests will see a video of themselves as they got onto the escalator at the top.

Stroke the Blarney Stone – one of the last remaining artifacts from Fitzgerald's Hotel. Rub the Blarney Stone, and then try your luck at the slots and the tables.

The World's Biggest Keno Board –The D houses the largest Keno board in the world.
