Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub at MGM Grand

Las Vegas nightlife changed forever when Hakkasan Nightclub opened its doors in 2013 and for the better. Hakkasan boasts a staggering 80,000 square feet of space, making it one of the largest and most impressive Las Vegas nightclubs in the city. This rooftop nightclub vastness allows for five floors of immersive entertainment, and it is one of the few venues in Sin City that features both a high-end restaurant and a top-tier Las Vegas Nightclub.

HK has been a staple for party-goers and draws them in with A-list performing talents and much more. The sound system is concert quality; there is no need to get technical; just know the Turbosound loudspeakers deliver. We would recommend picking up some quality, music-safe earplugs. DJ’s typically spin open-format music which is top 40, hip hop club tunes, Latin nights music, and EDM club anthems.

In the ever-evolving world of Las Vegas nightlife , nightclubs are constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve and maintain their status as trendsetters. One key aspect that has become increasingly important in recent years is embracing and incorporating technology into the clubbing experience. By harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology, nightclubs can enhance their offerings, attract a tech-savvy clientele, and ultimately elevate the overall customer experience for party-goers. One of the most significant technological advancements and dramatic design elements in a nightclub is the world-famous Hakkasan Grid, the largest permanent kinetic light installation in the US.
Hakkasan Las Vegas is a nightclub that leaves a lasting impression. Come for the music and enjoy the sexy crowd. You will find a jam-packed dance floor and plenty of eye candy flanking the six large bars spread throughout this multi-level venue. I am partial to Hakkasan nightclub events since it's where I started my Vegas career when they hired me as the promotions manager. Even with over a decade of parties under its proverbial belt, HK still can "throw a party," and table service is pretty reasonable for a quality artist and venue.

Main Room
Main Room Owner's Table (15 Guests)

The owner's table in the main room will put you in the center of attention, especially with some big bottle displays.

HK has a horseshoe setup for the prime tables, and these tables are the best in the club because, from the dance floor, there is a fantastic view of the DJ. The largest dance floor tables are 52 and 12. The owner's tables are 51 and 11. Most can accommodate about 12 people; the largest 15.

Tables 1-4 are the only stage tables in the club. They are situated by the DJ and overlook the entire venue. The only issue is there's not much traffic.

The upper dance floor tables are also considered prime tables. They are in the main room action, and the traffic flows behind this area. They are directly behind the dance floor tables set in a horseshoe, and they all share a common ledge. Tables 61 and 21, a.k.a. the "owner's tables," can hold about 15 people each; the rest can fit up to 12. Tables 64 and 24 are a bit larger, which makes them ideal for a group of approximately 15 people.

There are only 3rd and 4th-row tables on one side of the main room. Tables 31 and 32 are large, like the dance floor tables, and are surrounded by traffic for the entire evening. Tables 33 through 36 are corner tables, and they provide more seating and have a decent view of the DJ. All the 3rd and 4th-row tables are in the action and have a lot of traffic. Behind the third-row tables are 42 and 43. Table 41, which I call "The penalty box," is sometimes broken up into two tables – A and B. The 30s and 40s are all pretty good tables. Even 41 can be fun if you want to bring some friends into your area. The big advantage of these tables is that there is a lot of traffic all night.
Book a 3rd or 4th Row Table Online NowThe Pavilion
First, let me put the record straight. The pavilion is still on the fourth floor, which is still the main floor of the nightclub. Most of the tables have a view of the main room DJ, and on significant DJ nights, the same music will be played in the pavilion as in the main room. On very rare occasions, management will set up a partition so a different DJ can play in the pavilion room, but in all my years working with Hakkasan, I have only seen this happen a couple of times. The pavilion is one area of HK where you can take a breather. If the main room crowd is a bit intense, the 4-tops and the pavilion bar are a nice little escape. There are some four-top tables where you can chill out and enjoy the waterfall. There is a bar in the back, which usually is not too busy.
Pavilion 1st row (10 Guests)

The front of the pavilion tables, 461-464, are almost as good as the third row. The big drawback is there's a large ramp between you and the main room, making the distance to the DJ a bit further than the typical third row.
Book a Pavilion Front Row Table Online NowPavilion 2nd Tier (10 Guests)

The other square pavilion tables are 451 through 454. These are all pretty good except 454 because it does not provide a view of the DJ.
Book a Pavilion 2nd Tier Table Online NowPavilion 3rd Tier (10 Guests)

The other tables in the pavilion, 421-433, have bench-style seating and are more centrally located. There is a decent amount of room around these tables. Tables 421-433 in the pavilion's big 'U" have a giant ledge you can stand on behind the tables, and they provide a bit more bench space than Tables 441- 443.
Book a Pavilion 3rd Tier Table Online NowPavilion Back Wall (8 Guests)

Tables 465 to 411 on the map are cabana-style square tables, but because there is a wall blocking the main room, you won't be able to see the DJ. Table 411 has an obscure view of the DJ, but if you only want the main room music, these would work.

If you want a bird's eye view of the DJ from one level up, the upper level, also known as "the mezz," is ideal.
Mezzanine Center (12 Guests)

Tables 514 and 515 on the map are spacious and can be made into one big table, making them ideal for larger groups.
Book a Mezzanine Center Table Online NowMezzanine Side (12 Guests)

The rest of the mezz tables are pretty good. There's a glass wall in front of the table, so you can see more of the crowd. I recommend Tables 519 to 521 since there is a bar behind them, and that's where most of the traffic is. I always try to avoid tables 511 and 513 and the skyboxes, if possible, because they are located next to the lighting crew booth.
Book a Mezzanine Side Table Online NowMezzanine Skybox (20 Guests)

The skyboxes are huge rooms with beautiful couches and plenty of space for a large group. This disadvantage is that the view is not great. You're pretty much tucked away in the corner and hardly able to see anything. There is a partition between the skyboxes, so potentially, you could combine two and make one large area.

The Ling Ling Club is a large rectangular-shaped space on the third floor. The DJ is in the middle, with dance floor tables on either side. Typically, the music is hip hop, and occasionally, they will have a hip hop artist performing. When HK is busy, this room has a great party vibe, and I can usually do some package deals for less-than-retail pricing.
Ling Ling Club Dance Floor Tables (10 Guests)

The dance floor tables on either side of the DJ are the best if you're into the hip hop scene. Tables 321-323 and 331-333 are prime real estate, and if you want to be right on the dance floor, tables 341 to 344 are the best! When the main club is busy, the Ling Ling Club gets jam-packed, and if you have a table on the dance floor, it's a great party!
Book a Ling Ling Dance Floor Table Online NowLing Ling Club Regular Tables (10 Guests)

The Ling Ling club is rectangular, and the DJ is positioned in the center. These tables are big and spacious. On the map, all the tables in the 300s have a lot of space.
Book a Ling Ling Club Table Online NowLing Ling Lounge
If the main club is not busy enough for the Ling Ling Club, they may open the Ling Ling Lounge. The Ling Ling Lounge is on the third floor, and it's great space for a corporate event. This area is the 200s on the map. I've rented it out on several occasions for corporate parties.
Ling Ling Lounge Tables (8 Guests)

The tables in the Ling Ling Lounge don't get seated often. Occasionally, for low minimums on busy nights, if they have both the Ling Ling Club and the Ling Ling Lounge open, the tables along the walls can accommodate about ten guests. The design of the club is very cool, and in most other cities in the world, this would be an impressive lounge, but when compared to the main room, the Ling Ling Club is only good for having a few drinks and chilling.

Every Las Vegas dayclub, nightclub, strip club, and ultra-lounge offers a bottle service menu to customers who desire a more elevated and personalized experience. Menus can vary from venue to venue, as each establishment aims to create a unique and memorable experience for its clientele. Hakkasan Nightclub's bottle service menu is a curated list of premium bottles of alcohol ranging from popular brands to more exclusive and limited-edition options. The menu is carefully crafted to cater to a broad range of tastes and preferences, ensuring there is something for everyone. It details the different types of spirits available, such as vodka, whiskey, tequila, rum, and gin, specifying the various brands, bottle sizes, and pricing.

Bottle service also includes setups, mixers, and garnishes. One of the main advantages of this VIP service is the convenience and personalized experience it offers. Purchasing bottle service grants expedited VIP entry into the club, and instead of waiting in long lines struggling to order drinks at a crowded bar, customers have a dedicated server who prepares and pours drinks tableside. This allows for a more relaxed and enjoyable night out, with the added bonus of having a private space to socialize and unwind. A busser keeps your table clean and stocked, and security keeps your area secure. It is worth noting that bottle service is not solely reserved for the elite or affluent. While it may carry a higher price tag compared to traditional bar service, it is often a more cost-effective option for groups who wish to enjoy a premium clubbing experience without compromising on quality.

Final Word on Hakkasan Nightclub from Brian Pfeiffer

HK is still a major player in the Vegas club scene. When they have significant talent, the place gets slammed; on other nights with mid or low-tier artists, they can struggle a bit and usually don't open up all the rooms. Rarely on a Thursday or Friday will the 3rd floor Ling Ling Club be open. The main room is a great setup, and if you can swing an upper dance floor or lower dance floor on a mid-level talent night, you will be sitting pretty for half the cost of the other big players. This venue competes with the big dogs like XS Nightclub, Zouk Nightclub, Drai's Nightclub , LIV Nightclub , Omnia Nightclub, Marquee Nightclub, Jewel Nightclub, or TAO Nightclub.

We added this festival grounds to compete with the likes of On the Record, Hyde Lounge , Skyfall Lounge, Skybar, Chandelier Bar, and Legacy Club. So far, the response from our customers has been positive about the vibe and the venue. We are happy to assist with your bookings or one of our bottle packages.
